House Update.......

Well, just thought I should let those of you in blogland know that I have got to the "sale agreed" part of buying my dream house. Am in the joyous ( expensive) process of sorting a solicitor, surveys & mortgage application.

Due to sign at the start of July.

Fingers & toes crossed it all goes smoothly

As of 14 April the house is all off :( There was just too much work needing done. Back to the house viewing drawing board......
